Words that travel across galaxies, yet touch the heart at home.

About Me

Sunjoy Roy is a poet and writer whose literary journey began with his school magazine. From those early steps, his passion for writing steadily grew, finding expression in various weekly and annual publications.

A sensitive and imaginative thinker, he believes in a different world and alternative human values—visions that may seem nearly impossible in today’s reality, yet they consistently shine through his creativity. He also believes in another world shaped by language, although this transient world of today has denied his vision.

One of the hallmarks of his literary thought is his deep reflection on the universe, which brings unique perspectives and inspires readers to think in new ways.

Beyond literature, Sunjoy Roy has also established himself as a successful entrepreneur. Inspired by his patriotic grandfather, freedom fighter Felarām Biswās, he nurtured a sense of social responsibility from childhood. Today, he carries that legacy forward through a small NGO, dedicated to spreading love, compassion, and service to humanity.
